We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing care and support to children aged 8–17 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities
  • Support children with daily routines, activities, education, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promote independence and positive relationships.
  • Help manage challenging behaviour using training and guidance.
  • Keep accurate records and report concerns appropriately.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting each other and the children.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
  • Previous experience in childcare or youth support is desirable.
  • Reliable, resilient, and able to work shifts including weekends/sleep-ins.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
