To ensure our colleagues thrive and progress in their careers, we offer tailored training programmes and workplace support. This includes NVQ qualifications such as the Children and Young People’s Workforce and Leadership and Management programmes. We are committed to fostering a community that encourages career mobility and flexibility.

Qualifications

All Radiant Care Homes managers are required to hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. To prepare for this, we enrol aspiring managers in the programme while they serve as Deputy Home Managers. For those showing interest in a management career path, we also offer enrolment to Senior Support Workers, allowing them to gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress.

Skills Development

We understand that transitioning into a leadership role can be challenging. That’s why we provide emerging managers with professional coaching, skills-based training, and learning experiences designed to build confidence and develop the tools needed to lead effectively.
